1. What Starly offers

Starly is an on-demand streaming service. With one subscription you get unlimited access to our full library, organised into:

• Movies — feature films across genres.
• Documentaries — including celebrity and real-story documentaries.
• Classics — timeless and classic titles.

You can browse by category or use Search to find a specific title. New content is added regularly, and you can watch on any device through your browser.

2. Pricing

Starly is a recurring subscription billed in Indian Rupees (INR). Current plans:

• Weekly — ₹50 / week
• Monthly — ₹129 / month (most popular)

Your plan auto-renews each cycle so your access never gets interrupted. You can cancel anytime — there are no long-term commitments. Payment is charged securely to your mobile number via UPI.

3. How to watch after subscribing

Once you've subscribed:

1. Log in with your mobile number from the top-right of the site.
2. You'll land on the Home page with recommended and top titles.
3. Open Movies, Documentaries, or Classics, or use Search.
4. Tap any title to open its details, then press Play to start watching.

Your subscription works across devices — just log in with the same mobile number.

4. How to unsubscribe

You can cancel yourself at any time, directly in the app — no email or phone call needed:

1. Log in and open your Profile (account) menu.
2. Click Unsubscribe.
3. Choose a reason and confirm.

Your recurring billing stops immediately, and you keep access until the end of your current paid period.

5. How to request a refund

If you were charged in error or had an issue, you can request a refund from your account:

1. Log in and open your Profile menu.
2. Click Request Refund.
3. Select the reason (e.g. accidental renewal, accidental purchase, playback problem) and submit.
4. Track the status of your request from the same Profile menu.

Our team reviews each request and processes approved refunds to your original payment method. For anything else, contact support@mobi360.net.
